Now enhanced by our online training zone we are able to offer a level of training that is both challenging and fun. Your training starts when you do and continues throughout your time with us.
Our training programmes covers a broad range of skills from basic bar and floor service to mixology master classes and from foundation food skills to advanced food hygiene, whether this is your first job in a bar or a career move we cover all areas of the business. If you are looking for a career with us then we can offer a comprehensive management development programme.
We are also recognised as an Approved Training Centre by the Scottish Qualifications Authority enabling us to deliver SVQ awards. These nationally recognised qualifications have been developed by the industry and are directly relevant to the workplace. We deliver Hospitality Modern Apprenticeship programme not only to our own staff but also to Belhaven managed houses and leasehold estate.
